1. No Refunds - All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made, whether the transaction occurs online or in person.
2. Exchanges may be granted only where the product is damaged. Custom or personalized items, digital downloads, and opened/used products are not eligible for exchange. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Proof of purchase, a detailed description of the damage, photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging is required. If an exchange is approved, we will cover the costs and provide instructions on how to return the item.
